What is it and how do I set it up? Is our school wide VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone system.
The service providers name is Comm-Core.

How to submit a ticket?
When submitting a ticket to the OPS Manager,
please include the following
Subject line: School/ Teacher Name (if applicable), Issues
In ticket: As much detail as possible on the issue.
