K12 TotalView (TVS) 

 

• What is it? Online tool for tracking students, notes, communication, progress, attendance, etc (TotalView School (TVS) is the platform in which all students who have been approved in TotalView Enrollment (TVE) appear. Think of TVS as your virtual school “front office.” In TVS administrators can assign students to instructors and view all communications documented in the students’ records. Instructors can also communicate with students and learning coaches in TVS.)
   

• How do you reach it? There are two ways to access TVS:
  -From the Quick Links in the Online School (OLS)
  -Direct URL: http://totalviewschool.k12.com 
   

• How will you use this system?

  • To view each of your student’s OLS accounts – courses, grades, note, logs, kmail, family contacts

  • To view teachers – classroom, student information, kmail

  • To access each level of the K12 curriculum via the LMS button (HS Only)
