Office 365/Intranet

 

  • What is it?  The Homeroom, K12’s Intranet, is a one-stop source of information, news, and collaboration to help drive our Students First mission. As a news source, The Homeroom will include a section on its homepage called “Announcements.” This section will house articles, videos, and photos highlighting current events throughout K12 and our partner schools.

    The Announcements section is located directly below the main image on the homepage and has a scroll down function for recent stories.  Click on any of the links to access a story.














     

     




    Office 365: Sharing Documents

    One of the largest benefits of Office 365 is the ability to share documents with colleagues through OneDrive. On the Office 365 dashboard page, select OneDrive to begin






















     

  • How do you reach it?

    • https://portal.office.com

    • Username and password will be assigned to you
      (School Examples: FLastName@coloradoprepacademy.org, FLastName@pikespeakonlineschool.org or FLastName@insightschoolco.org)

       

  • How will you use it?

    • To access shared staff documents and staff information

    • To post documents to be shared with others (report cards, work samples, etc.)

    • More to be determined.  :)
