What is it? A school email address provided to staff and students. Learning coaches provide their own email address upon registration and will receive copies of all correspondence between teachers and students. ( Student cannot send or receive email outside of the K12 system).

How do you reach it? Teacher and students will find in the email icon in their landing page or can find them under the message menu in the OLS.

How do I set it up? No setup needed. J Not on the staff/student end anyway.

How will you use it?
- Communicate electronically with school staff
- Communicate electronically with students. Which will also email the communication out to the parents email. -
What tools are there?
- Editor – Font, formatting, images, tables, etc.
- Read and Reply
- Create folders
- Create drafts
- Filter ability

Can I reach outside the online school? Yes, school staff and students can log in with their school specific email address and password to https://portal.office.com. They can also connect to their mobile phones with the same username and passwords.
